How soon will my Crosby Squares arrive?

FedEx ground shipping is standard with all orders. You can expect to receive your Crosby Squares within 5-7 business days. In a hurry? We also offer 2-day expedited shipping via FedEx. If you need your shoes by a particular date, please order as early in the day as possible so we can get a head start on shipping.

We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after delivery. Should anything happen to your order after it has been delivered please file a claim with the delivery service.

How can I track my order status?

There will be a tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?

FedEx Ground shipping is complimentary with all orders. Expedited 2-day shipping is available for an additional charge. The charge and availability of expedited shipping may vary based on final shipping destination.

Will I be paying sales tax?

If the final destination of your Crosby Squares is in a state that requires us to charge sales tax, then yes. If not, you won’t!

What is the international shipping policy?

We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.

When all your items are in your shopping cart and you are ready to purchase, choose the "Outside the U.S.?" button instead of “Checkout’. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Please note we do not accept returns on international orders at this time.

What is the return/exchange policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return your shoes for a full refund within 30 days of the original shipping date. The returned shoes must be in unworn, new condition and in the original packaging.  We accept returns from products purchased at our online store only. We do not accept returns on items purchased at one of our retail partners.

Return shipping is always complimentary. Please visit our Returns Page and submit a return request using your Crosby Square order number and email address. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with your pre-paid shipping label.

We will notify you via email once your returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse. If the items meet the return criteria specified above, your credit card will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt. Please note we are not responsible for missing parcels.

What can I do to maintain my Crosby Squares?

  1. Dampen a cloth or a fine brush and remove any dirt from the leather upper. If the shoe is especially dirty, apply a mild leather soap, wipe off the soap with a fresh cloth, and let dry.

  2. Using a clean cloth, wipe on a leather conditioning cream or dressing. Rub in the cream with a fresh cloth or soft brush until the leather gleams.

  3. Apply a leather protector to help safeguard from water, dirt, oils, and road grime.

Where are my Crosby Squares made? How can I find out more?

All Crosby Squares are handcrafted in Portugal from carefully selected leathers to ensure superior quality. You can learn more about our craftsmanship here. Additional questions? Reach out to us at: ccare@crosbysquare.com

What does Blake Construction mean?

Clean and simple, a Blake stitch runs directly through the upper to the sole. This allows for a very close cut sole, as all of the stitching is done inside the walls of the upper. Because Blake stitching lacks the extra layer of leather found in a Goodyear welted shoe, the Blake constructed shoe will tend to be more flexible and forgiving right out of the box.
